He's been in North Carolina for over 10 years, but was born in Montreal and friends, family and people he'd worked with here, came out of the woodwork to say hello. Those who hadn't seen David on his last visit to Montreal had certainly heard about his skyrocketing career as and ETA and of his recent contest wins in Collingwood and Brantford.
Folks were raving about his vocals and they wanted to check it out for themselves. David didn't let them down and had the entire audience agape listening to his strong and sweet vocals! We also got to welcome David's lovely wife Phylis from North Carolina, who finally got to enjoy the "Montreal Experience" first hand and to our surprise, we got to enjoy her hidden vocal talents at the parties after the show. We felt like we were a part of her Southern roots as we joined in singing Elvis Gospel favourites. Bravo Phylis, you sing like a bird and once again David, it was a pleasure, you did a super job!
