A cavalcade of stars - 10 very talented ETAs are getting ready to make their way to Montreal for the 8th annual Performers Showcase October 3 & 4, 2008 - and Montreal Elvis fans are extremely excited to see them! We are therefore pleased to present the following ETAs, who have accepted the invitation to join us, to the Montreal stage (in alphabetical order):
Carl Brandon (Quebec City, QC), GaryElvis Britt (Plant City, FL), Shon Carroll (Kitchener, ON), Jon cigan (Pickering, ON), TJ Clementi (Lake Mills, WI), Lance Dobinson (Collingwood, ON), Elvis Gauthier (Montreal, QC), Michael O’Connor (Philadelphia, PA), Larry Tschekalin (Sudbury, ON), Dany Vincent (Three Rivers, QC). Young Matt Nardi, who first appeared on the LLM stage last February, returns to perform for us on Friday night - Matt’s explosive 50’s set is a must see!
The artists invited to perform all possesses a very special quality that will remind the audience of Elvis' Spirit - whether it be because of his look, voice, stage presence, humility or style. These ETAs pay tribute the best way they can and we know Montreal, as always, will sense these qualities and love the ETA for what he does, sincerely. We also
know Montreal, as always, will show their appreciation with the usual exuberant "Montreal thunderous applause". The audience will have the opportunity to see all ten performers on both nights, with five of them doing their main show on one night and the other five singing a few songs each after the main shows have taken place. It's two nights of non-stop Elvis fun!
