Congratulations to Justin Shandor of Portland, Oregon, who won the 2010 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest title August 13 at the Orpheum Theatre in Memphis. Justin was the winner of the Las Vegas Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest preliminary round presented by Legends in Concert.

Kevin Mills of Cinnaminson, New Jersey, winner of the Tupelo Elvis Festival preliminary round, came in second.

Jay Dupuis of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, winner of the Silver Slipper Ultimate ETA Contest preliminary, took home third place.

Victor Trevino, Jr. and Matt Cordell rounded out the top five.
