It was always the wonderful late Christmas Evening meal that my late Mom would make for me and my 2 brothers. It usually consisted of Ambrosia Salad with tons of miniature marshmallows, a big Turkey she would slave over, homemade dressing, candied sweet potatoes (yams), green beans, mashed potatoes, black-eyed peas and corn bread. Then for dessert she would make my favorite, Devil's Food cake and have vanilla ice cream.

BILL KELLY:
1. What has been one of your favorite Christmas gifts you've ever received?
I'm one of the older guys out here in "ELVIS World" and when I was 5 years old...I was a huge Zorro fan (still am)...from the days of the Walt Disney TV series. But I had also heard that "Bad" kids sometimes got switches under the tree for there parents to use on them. When I saw the long, thin box under the tree...I was SURE Santa had left some switches that were designated for my bottom. I didn't even want to open the present and saved it til last and tried to forget that it was there. When I was finally ordered (another fearful tip) to open the box...I found, much to my delight, a pair of toy ZORRO fencing swords...whew!!!!!
2. Do you have a favorite Elvis Christmas Song?
My all-time favorite ELVIS song is "If I Can Dream" and since it was performed in the 1968 "Comeback Special" could I stretch that one a little???? If not...I do love so many of ELVIS' Christmas songs but I love to perform "If I Get Home On Christmas Day" and "It Won't Seem Like Christmas Without You"
3. What's your favorite holiday dish?
Y'know...I AM half Japanese so I'm real comfortable with fried rice on the Thanksgiving or Christmas table (lol)...Never been a big turkey fan...but LOVE good dressing and I can never get enough good dumplings!

WILLIAM STILES:
1. What has been one of your favorite Christmas gifts you've ever received?
One year I was about nine or ten and I got a brand new ten speed bike. It was equipped with a speedometer, a rack on the back to haul whatever I needed hauling,LOL, and a bicycle bag to carry my school stuff. That was my mode of transportation to school for two years because we lived only two blocks away from the campus. The funny thing about trying to ride the bike when I first got it was we just had an ice storm which made it impossible to get traction. I think that day has the record for all my bicycle wrecks throughout my time riding just in that one day!!
2. Do you have a favorite Elvis Christmas Song?
Home On Christmas Day is my favorite Christmas song. That song has a lot of the Memphis blues sound going on in it. Makes me homesick for Beale Street.
3. What's your favorite holiday dish?

MARCUS WELLS:
1. What has been one of your favorite Christmas gifts you've ever received?
The year I turned 12 (in 1977) my mom and dad bought me my very first "grown-up" stereo, complete with a tape deck... and an 8-track player! Up until then, I had used a little portable record player and a little portable tape machine. My dad custom-built a special wood cabinet right into my bedroom wall to house my new stereo. The whole thing was amazing: great sound, even more fun listening to Elvis, and something to use to talk the girls into visiting my room!
2. Do you have a favorite Elvis Christmas Song?
Definitely "O Come All Ye Faithful". Not only is it a beautiful Christmas classic but the arrangement (by Elvis himself, no less!) is the best I have ever heard. It's powerful and very moving.
3. What's your favorite holiday dish?
My mom (she'll be turning 80 in 2006!) makes this amazing non-traditionnal Christmas dish: it's a cream sauce with chunks of lobster and crab and shrimp, which she serves on small flaky pastry things. I can't explain it better - and it doesn't really have a name - but I love it and I only get to eat it once a year, which makes it even better!
