RYAN PELTON. Legends in Concert. Myrtle Beach, SC. February 2005.

I went to Legends in Myrtle Beach February 26th where Ryan Pelton performs and did the best Elvis act, starting out with the army days and wearing the uniform while the screens on each side of the theater showed Elvis dressed in his army uniform and singing in one of the scenes of the movie, GI Blues. Ryan had his singing, looks and moves down pat, looking sharp and was just awesome! He later came out doing the jumpsuit era and again in top form in singing and with all the right moves. He tossed out teddy bears to the audience where I was able to catch one. After the show he was there to sign autographs, have pictures taken and speak to people. Ryan has the 'heart' of Elvis, example being that he wanted to be sure that a young girl who was handicapped and in a wheelchair got one of the teddy bears so gave her one after the show. I noticed him do that to several others also. I highly recommend anyone who possibly can to go to see Ryan perform. They will be amazed at his uncanny resemblance to Elvis and truly great singing voice! They won't leave disappointed! Betsy Humphries South Carolina

WOW!! The KING OF KINGS in Nashville TN. was SPECTACULAR! The quality and caliber of entertainers that were there resulted in a memorable show that was comparable to Las Vegas. The guys were top notch, friendly and extremely talented. Ladies and Gentlemen if you got to go you saw a high quality show. If you didn't go you missed one heck of a good time. It was enjoyable to sit and talk with the guys and Joanna, Patsy, Danny (from LLM). We all had a blast and always kept Elvis' memory going. There definitely was some joking going on "HINT,HINT" Jason . They all entertained even when they weren't performing--that really made their personality shine through. Freddy B and Joanna I hope that you two can do it again, because I know if it is anywhere close to this one well only one word comes to mind AWESOME!!! VILI VERHOVSEK & FRIENDS. Plainsman Restaurant. Dundas, Ontario. February 2005

On Saturday, Feb. l2, my husband took me out for Valentines to a dinner and a show at the Plainsman Restaurant where, as always, the buffet was outstanding. The dining room was decorated with red hearts and cupids on the walls and there were cinnamon hearts on the tables for everyone to enjoy. The Moyle sisters portrayed Marilyn, Patsy Cline and the Judds, and if you like Lucille Ball, you will love Heather Moyle...she not only looks like Lucy but acts like her too....and, of course, the fabulous sexy Shelly Moyle does the best Marilyn you will ever seen And then there is Elvis! Vili Verhovsek did a wonderful tribute to Elvis, Dean Martin, and others. He had the women swooning and screaming for more. There was a special guest, but we were not sure whether it was a man or a woman. His name was Dame Edna. He was was dressed like a woman and looked like a woman, but was just a true comedian and he brought laughter to everyone! At half time there was a hoola hoop contest and prizes for all. BRUCE HERRON, Memories of Elvis Show. Hanover, Ontario. February 2005.

My husband and I are definitely hooked. We recently drove 3 ½ hours to catch Bruce Herron’s Memories of Elvis Valentine’s Dinner and Show in Hanover. Bruce connects extremely well with his audience and after being to quite a few of his performances, I have yet to see anyone leave the show until his final song is finished - in fact, there is always a plea for an encore. Bruce captivates you immediately and leaves you wanting more. Bruce has such a marvelous talent in his own right, and for him to express this through Elvis’ music is wonderful. While watching his performance, you are actually taken back in time. If you close your eyes you would swear you’re listening to the King himself. Although after you have seen Bruce live, I dare you to want to close your eyes as he’s gorgeous.

Not only does he sound like Elvis, but he has all of the moves and wonderful costume changes for each of his sets. We have never seen another performer do so many songs during a show. I have never had the pleasure of seeing Elvis myself, and Bruce takes me as close as I will ever get to that experience. For someone with such a great talent, Bruce is very approachable and humble. Our family recently surprised us with a 25th wedding anniversary party and they had booked Bruce as the entertainment. I normally do not shed too many tears but they actually have me on video crying for joy. We received so many compliments from our friends and family that I have already booked Bruce for another private party this year. Take our word for it, get out and take in one of Bruce’s shows. If there is anyone out there that has not seen Daivd Lee, you are missing out on the best ETA around. I have seen many, many ETA’s, and I have not seen one yet that can outdo David Lee. He has a lot of the traits that Elvis had--he is very caring, he is always doing some sort of benefit for the welfare of others and above all he is "Images of the King" contest winner, 2004. That says it all right there. I just love David Lee and don't know enough words to describe him! He is a must see--so if he is in your area make sure to make his show. You will not be disappointed. SEAN SHARP Elvis Night with the Charlotte Checkers,

On February 18, I attended a special hockey promotion for "Elvis in the Building" hoping to be entertained by some ETA's I had not yet seen. Sean Sharp was the one to catch my attention. He is a 7 year old who lives in nearby Indian Trail, NC. This particular arena is also known as "The Old Coliseum" and is the same building where Elvis performed many concerts. This photo of him was taken directly behind the area where Elvis' stage was set up. Sean's parents told me he's been dressing and acting like Elvis since the age of three. He performs at local festivals and fairs and spends lots of time entertaining in area nursing homes and assisted living centers. He is also the 2004 David Lee "Elvis In Dixieland" Youth Champion. Sean was a great performer and a delight to chat with. This is truly the future of ETA's and amazing to see someone so young enjoying the music and memories we treasure. ARIK CHRISTOPHER & WILLIAM STILES. Newnan, Georgia. January 22, 2005

A trip back in time with the stage production LEGENDARY. This production was written by Arik Christopher and proved to be a wonderful success! Arik's VERY uncanny resemblance to Elvis in the 50's added that extra something special to his performance of the songs made famous by Elvis in the start of his career. From his jet black pompadour, striking blue eyes, his awesome voice and moves, he helped the audience relive the past! Arik not only proved his singing abilities in this performance, but he also showed everyone that he can ACT! With full stage props and dancers during a 60's set, it was like a Broadway Production! Arik's part of the show also included a Gospel set which he sang BEAUTIFULLY! Arik portrays 50s & 60s Elvis so wonderfully, you sometimes have to tell yourself it's not Elvis you are watching! ~There was a special guest performance by Little Elvis, aka Sean Sharp from NC. He was cute and gave the audience a nice treat! A very talented little 7 year old, keeping Elvis's memory alive!~The last portion of the show featured William Stiles, recreating Elvis in the 70s.

He doned two BEAUTIFUL jumpsuits, The Powder Blue & The Memphis Suit, which sparkled immensely! He sang some well known Elvis power tunes and was remarkable! William very closely resembles Elvis in the 70's which helps to make a great performance even better! William is headliner at Memories Theatre in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. DAMON HENDRIX. Martinez, Georgia. February 2005.

On Saturday, February 26th, 2005 we traveled to Martinez, GA to see a performance by Damon Hendrix. Damon portrays Elvis in the 70's, and at this show broke out the 68 Comeback Leather for the first time! This was our first opportunity to see Damon perform a whole show, rather than just a few songs at a contest, and I was VERY impressed! He puts such AMAZING energy into his performance, with non stop power songs one right after another. You could've heard a pin drop when he sang HURT, and he nailed the ending note the best I've heard to date! Damon truly presents an image of Elvis on stage. Not only is he a wonderful performer, but a fantastic person to boot! He has a great personality, and his family is wonderful! Don't miss an opportunity to catch a performance of his, you will walk away very entertained! I have yet to see him perform with his band, but have heard nothing but wonderful things about that show! GINO MONOPOLI, Rideau Carleton Raceway Slots March 2005

For anyone looking for not only an evening of great Elvis music but an evening of fun, you have to experience a performance by Gino Monopoli or Mr. Personality as I've told family and friends. Gino has a smile and twinkle in his eye that just lets you know you’re in for an enjoyable evening. Not only is he a great Elvis Tribute Artist but he makes the crowd feel comfortable and has them on a first name basis. He sat at the tables with the patrons singing to them or discussing lyrics as if it’s all part of a night’s work and because he is so personable it makes for great entertainment. Although it’s his personality that stands out it does not take away from the fact that he has an amazing voice, great performance of a lot of favorites. I particularly enjoy his version of Bridge over Troubled Water which does show off his voice. Thumbs up also from my Italian roots for his combination of It’s Now or Never and O Solo Mio which also highlights his amazing voice. I was a little under the weather and not quite as vocal as I normally would have been but I was paying attention and give him a loud wooo hoooo from here. On February 4, I enjoyed the ETA’s in Montreal. It was amazing. I received all kinds of souvenirs from the “Elvises.” I especially enjoyed Jeff Krick who was astonishing and “heart taking.” I had the opportunity to see him up close as you can see from the picture. I also enjoyed Eddie Falcon, and Mike Calamusa who won and was very good. Great appreciation to LadyLuck for the wonderful show. Hope to see you next year. Number one fan in Montreal, Amanda.

On February 5th, I enjoyed a spectacular show from 10 wonderful ETAs. All the performances were awesome. It kept us on our feet. I enjoyed every second of the show. Dan Burgess was my favorite and he won the first place. I was impressed with all the power in his voice and his moves to the music. I received a nice bear from Dan that everyone wanted . ETA’s. King of Kings People’s Choice Contest. Nashville, TN. March 2005.
I recently attended the first King of Kings People's Choice held at the Gibson Showcase Theatre in Nashville TN and was not disappointed. Joanna, Lady Luck Music and Freddy B did a fabulous job bringing a quality event to the fans in Nashville and the many others who traveled miles to attend. After seeing the calibre of entertainment on stage and how they had no problem keeping the audience entertained and applauding throughout the evening it was evident why these ETAs were invited to participate in this event. I was impressed by most of the ETAs off stage and how they took the time to talk to their fans, posing for photos and signing souvenirs.

On stage I thought each ETA did a great job portraying his selected era however three really impressed me: Robin Kelly, Shawn Klush and Jesse Aron. Although it was Robin's first time performing in Nashville he was not a stranger to the stage and came out like the pro he is with his energetic and powerful performance and had the fans applauding in no time. He did a superb job showcasing his talents including his vocal power and ability and those moves that keep the fans screaming for more. He was followed by Jesse Aron who once again showed his sincerity with his tribute to the 70s and continued to have the fans on their feet applauding. Then last but definitely not least was Shawn Klush who definitely lived up to all I heard with his look and powerful tribute to the 70s. JEFF KRICK, Pennsylvania. March 2005
In March, those of us lucky enough to live in the eastern Pennsylvania area, and smart enough to buy our tickets early, were able to attend a most memorable tribute, both to the King, and to the Stamps Quartet. Jeff Krick, the #1 Elvis Tribute Artist was honored even more. He announced it was his dream to perform with the Stamps, led by Mr. Ed Enoch (pictured with Jeff), and that night they joined together to give a performance matched by no other. It was a night of memories. A night of being taken back in time. There was no mistaking it, you could almost imagine that it was the early 70's and the Stamps were singing with Elvis himself, this is how real it felt. Every song was right on, and there were so many standing ovations, we couldn't stay in our seats. The Stamps were so impressed with Jeff Krick's talent that they themselves suggested an encore, and will return for another engagement next March in Gilbertsville, Pa. The electricity in that hall was phenomenal. And believe it, everyone's still talking about it, and planning on being at the next one, standing room only. And I'm going to be first in line. JAY ZANIER with GERI & THE COASTERS, Dundas, Ontario. April 2005

Today I turned 15 years old. My best friend Brooke Cowitz couldn't spend the evening with me because she was going with her Grandma to an Elvis show. Brooke asked if I wanted to join them as it was my birthday. I had never been to an Elvis show, so I said sure, not knowing really what to expect. When I first arrived to the Plainsman Restaurant I couldn't resist trying some of the great food on the buffet. Brooke sells some Elvis purses & other Elvis related things, so I helped her, it was fun meeting all the people & watching them buy things. There was also a lady selling bling, bling. The show started at 8 p.m. with Geri & The Koasters Band. I am not used to this music but the band was excellent, what a drummer, he was fun to watch. Everyone was able to get up & dance, & they were having so much fun. Joan came on stage & sang great songs from Lisa Minnelli, & other woman singers, she has a very strong voice, the audience loved her. They introduced the Elvis performer Jay Zanier who came out in a black jumpsuit. He had an awesome voice , so powerful. Different than the rap music I listen to. I could see everyone loved him. Surprisingly I enjoyed it very much. Intermission was really funny. They had a hula hoop contest, a twist contest & best of all an Elvis look a like & performance Elvis. There was a raffle for an Elvis doll & a lot of prizes. The band came on again and Bob the drummer did a wipe out number, he did get a standing ovation. Jay came back to the stage with a very glitzy black suit. A lady also came on stage & sang a duet with him. He called me to the stage & sang Happy Birthday to me, that was very nice. I noticed Jay walking around & singing to the people in the audience, handing out scarves, everyone loved that. I really enjoyed myself . I might even go to another Elvis show in the future! I’ve written about Ryan’s performances before and as I’ve said there are no words that can possibly do him justice. He has to be seen to be believed. Elvis’ shoes are pretty big to fill and it takes one special guy to fill, them. That man is Ryan Pelton. There aren’t enough adjectives, talented, stunning, personable, charming, energetic, his act perfected to a tee. Ryan’s act in Legends is a must see, he started his performance with GI Blues and not since 1960 has that GI uniform looked so good, he has Elvis’ twist- march combination down pat as he so effortlessly slides across the stage, moving on to maximum crowd participation in Frankfurt Special followed by Return to Sender and Blue Suede Shoes. Ryan quickly returned in the Aloha jumpsuit performing See See Rider, Love me Tender in which to the crowds delight he came into the audience with scarves and of course kisses for the ladies. Ryan’s version of Polk Salad Annie is not to be missed if you ever get the chance, the best you’ll ever see. Ryan finished the show with a very passionate My Way which shows in addition to all else he has an amazing voice.

The most exceptional quality of Ryan Pelton is without doubt his charismatic presence after the show. Truly a sweetheart in every sense of the word. He makes every fan feel special, there were fans of all ages, children, teens, middle aged & seniors and he takes his time with each and every one of them. When you go into one of his performances you may be going in to see an Elvis show, but when you leave you are going to remember the name Ryan Pelton. I just love him and I know I’ll see him again real soon and I highly recommend you do too. Lola Saffioti, Ottawa Ont.

SHAWN KLUSH Recent shows, 2005

I’ve known Shawn for 5 years now and he is so special to me. Shawn is one of the greatest performers I have ever seen. I met him in Seattle where he use to come perform with the Legends Show for 8 weeks out of the year. I never missed a show and couldn’t get enough of him. While he was in Seattle I would have a barbeque for him at my house. Many fans from the show would come and we always had a lot fun. Shawn is a really sweet guy and I know the fans in Seattle miss him bunches. He never gets too tired to take the time to talk with his fans. He is always so busy but takes the time to be there for you. I can’t say enough about Shawn. I think God sent him to us to keep the real Elvis alive. Shawn sounds so much like Elvis he gives you the chills. I know when sings, ”How Great Thou Art,” there is not a dry eye in the house. I have his two CDs and I love them. My sister can not tell the difference between Shawn and Elvis. It just boggles her mind. I have been an Elvis fan since 1956. So when Shawn came here can you imagine the shock I felt when I heard his voice? I just saw Shawn a few Saturdays ago in Nashville (King of Kings People’s Choice Contest) and got to chat with him. He was so sweet and is still the same Shawn. Of course, Shawn took first place. There is no one out there with a voice like Shawn’s. I thank God for sending us Shawn. He keeps Elvis alive for us all. He is just so talented you gotta love him. I know his fans travel long distances to see his shows. Once you hear Shawn you are hooked for life. He is the real thing next to the King himself. I’ts been a pleasure to know Shawn and spend time with him. I hope everyone in his fan club will support him 100%. I will be his fan for always and ever. Shawn is number one for me.
