After a final disappearance, Ryan re-emerges from the stage wings a magnificent Adonis in an emerald jeweled jumpsuit. A rousing “Walk A Mile in My Shoes” has the audience bouncing in their seats and “Polk Salad Annie” leaves one and all breathless. His voice of velvet envelops the heartbreaking “My Boy” and Ryan bids farewell with a song on everyone’s mind after seeing him; “Can’t Help Falling in Love.”
Ryan is a dedicated performer, always giving an perfectionist’s attention to detail. He gets better every time and it’s difficult to improve on perfection. I was privileged enough to attend the Elvis Birthday Tribute show two nights in a row and Ryan does not give the same show twice. Each performance is a unique and intimate experience between the paragon on the stage and the mesmerized audience.
And off-stage he is no longer the king of rock and roll but a fairy tale prince: kind, courteous, patient, sweet, charming, brilliantly articulate, respectful and attentive to all despite time restraints or personal exhaustion. Ryan Pelton is the most wonderful human being anyone could ever wish to encounter; the kind of person that one only dreams of meeting and when you do, you count yourself lucky to have crossed this star’s trajectory.
To Ryan~ Thank you for the magic. : )

How does one describe the magic of the Elvis Birthday Tribute show? It’s impossible because there is not a word in creation that can fully encompass the wonder of Ryan Pelton. Sure, many superlatives come to mind; spectacular, incredible, phenomenal, extraordinary…the list would be miles long and still it would not be enough. In just over two hours Ryan amazes, charms, astounds and steals hearts as he takes the audience on a dreamy trip from the 1950’s all the way through the 1970’s.
Ryan opens the show with the raw, rocking rhythms of the 50’s looking so very classy in a white jacket, black shirt and pants with a dapper line of white running down his leg. He shakes, rattles, rolls then breaks your heart with a powerful “Peace In the Valley” accompanied by the unbelievable Jordanaires. He is energetic, witty and leaves you wondering what year it actually is.
After a quick disappearance, Ryan returns garbed in the handsome Army suit eliciting more than a few hundred dreamy sighs. A handsome soldier, he proudly hup two, three, fours through "G.I Blues," "Frankfurt Special," "Blue Suede Shoes," and “Return to Sender.” During “Teddy Bear” he becomes the king…of chaos that is! Arms fly and shouts fill the air as everyone tries to catch a cuddly bear.
But the fun does not stop there. After some great commentary from the wonderful Jordanaires, Ryan glides back onto the stage like moonlight on water wearing the ’68 Special leather suit. Suddenly the sound of speeding heartbeats is the only thing heard. He launches into the oh so appropriate “Trouble,” a concert “Hound Dog,” and brings the house down with a truly moving “If I Can Dream,” inviting one and all into the lovely vision his voice paints in the air.
