Montreal was in for a real treat since they last saw James. Everyone thought they'd be rooting for a familiar 50's ETA in the gold lame, or maybe even GI - but when James came out in leather, then a second garb change to jumpsuit, he got a roaring, whistling hoot of a response, that couldn't help but make him feel great to be on our stage! James was much more relaxed with the crowd than on his first visit to our city, must be because the crowd warmed him up before the show got started with words of "welcome back". Catching a glimpse of James at the meet and greet, then afterwards at the hotel party as he was talking, it was very obvious he and his beautiful wife Karla were enjoying their weekend in Montreal (actually, the couple made us think of James Taylor & Karly Simon - they're so cute). James, ya put on a great show, we had a great time and shared a few good laughs - that goes for the fans, the friends and your peers. Adios and see ya in Oshawa, where we'll be checking you out as Buddy Holly for the first time!
