Mike has been quite busy with his "Hillbilly Cat" shows all over the Maritimes and other parts of Canada since his first visit to Montreal two years ago. Once settled in to the hotel, we had the chance to catch up and Mike mentioned how much experience he'd gained from all his recent shows and how excited he was to come back to Montreal. He'd had a great trip last time out, got to sight see, felt comfortable with and loved our crowd and most of all, he was thrilled he'd taken home a second place trophy. Well, I don't think Mike expected to have an even greater time this trip, though he was determined to have fun no matter what and hoped the audience would like his singing. But, his wish came true because he outdid himself entertaining; the audience welcomed him back; they loved his style of performing; he got the chance to re-visit our city and best of all - Mike took home a first place win! It was great to see the look of surprise on your face Mike, congratulations, always a pleasure to have you back in Montreal.
