Gino Monopoli
Gino made his first appearance of the evening clad in the GI outfit and the fans who came out expressly to see him began to scream, which triggered a chain reaction among the crowd until the entire theatre was giving him a vigorous round of applause! This reaction carried through to his '68 leather performance as well! "Dubbed Mr. Personality" by all who have seen Gino perform before anxiously awaited his comical outbursts between songs and were not disappointed in the least. Gino was at ease with his audience and when he made his way through that crowd, as he did on several occasions, fans couldn't have been more pleased. Looking very svelte in leather was a definite plus for Gino who had the women whistling, smiling and trying to get closer than possible to him. A few little pecks on the cheeks from those gals and Gino was back up on the stage shakin', smilin' and singin' his fun loving' heart out! A very entertaining performance Gino, way to go!
