When in Vegas, the object of your trip has to be catching as many top shows as you can. Top shows all have a "Mr. Vegas" - if you're talking magic - it's still Ziegfried & Roy, if you're talking shmaltzers, it's still Wayne Newton and if you're talking Elvis, it's still Trent Carlini! Since we are talking EP fans - we gotta see Trent's show, right? Vegas holds a special spot in it's heart for this popular ETA, whose 1991 appearance as Elvis landed him a four year gig at the Imperial Palace with John Stuart's "Legends In Concert"! After his success with "Legends" Trent decided to stay in Vegas, performing his own show entitled "The Dream King" at the Boardwalk Casino-Holiday Inn, which lasted several years. Vegas fans loved his show and when a contract for a new venue was offered and signed, Vegas knew the fans were sure to follow! Trent moved his spectacular show the "The Dream King" from the Boardwalk Casino to the same stage Elvis used at the Las Vegas Hilton! This had to be as thrilling for Trent as for the fans who came out to watch. Oct 31st was our last night in Vegas and Trent's last show at the Hilton before going on tour - but don't worry Vegas, we're told he gets back four times a year! Trent covered all the eras of E's career, more like an "Elvis Story", and he did it all with class! One and a half hours of non stop entertainment, eight costume changes, a fantastic band, light show, dancers / backup singers, video footage, screaming fans and no dead air - all wrapped up in a pro package - with the looks and sounds of the King of Rock & Roll - by the "Dream King" himself, Mr Trent Carlini! Take a bow Trent, a job well done! Friends, enjoy the pics!
